American pharmacist Walgreens has added an ‘Answers’ tab to its Facebook page, providing social customer service in relation to prescriptions and health queries. Facebook to remind page owners of neglected pages
A new notification type is being tested, aimed to get page owners to re-engage with pages that haven’t been posted to in a while. The notification bar shows admins how many posts and views their page recently received. Typically owners will only see such notifications when they choose to “use Facebook as a page.” Read more?
