I joined Aegis Media, the world leading communications and media agency, in 2009 as the Digital Media Manager for General Motors in Germany. My main responsibility was to implement and share best practice for digital, social and mobile media initiatives across 36 European markets. Additionally, I negotiated pan European mobile, digital and social contracts. I left Aegis in Germany to work in the Sydney office and worked on various projects for Isobar and iProspect which helped broaden my development and search engine marketing skill set. I started working for FRANk media in June 2010 when I moved to Melbourne from Sydney. Here at FRANk, my role involves all things digital media: strategy, implementation, research, policies & guidelines, content production and of course measuring & reporting. Because without measurement there is no ROI!

I come from a background of psychology and marketing (which marry in the wonderful fascinating realm of consumer psychology), so I feel incredibly lucky to be able to combine my passions in my work at FRANk, bringing brands to life to the consumer.
A jack of all digital trades, I handle social media strategy, social business strategy, design, website development (often involving long bouts of coding), online community management and digital content production. Spare moments are spent hunting for Japanese and Korean food, (followed by dessert), and reading everything I can. Always looking for an answer to ‘why?’

I’m a frustrated creative that cut his teeth in digital media account management. My professional background is in ‘big agency land’, working my way up the digital media food chain. Within 4 years I was taking point on several concurrent, major clients and their multifaceted media requirements. This was essentially due to an ability to learn quickly, understand the value of turning data into learning’s (providing ROI for my clients) and most importantly; an exceptionally high tolerance for excel spread sheets, late nights, minimal remuneration and pressure.
After almost 4 years in the steam room I embarked on a 10 month professional hiatus across South America (I refer to this as ‘the re-discovering me’ time), whereupon returning I began working on a consultant basis for some of Melbourne’s leading digital media departments.
As a consultant I provided services from strategy development, presentation of recommendations direct to clients, analytic implementation / reporting and streamlining of existing processes for greater productivity.
I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2010, creating my digital specialised, creative and media agency; 8 Bit Digital that now works in conjunction with the FRANk team of specialists in providing digital creative and media solutions for a variety of clients.
